The plot has a 3.97m wide façade and a 12.05m depth, with a buildable area of 140.05m² distributed over three floors plus an attic. The height of the house and the narrow 3.47m width will make the staircase a compartmentalization element that runs between the rooms.
The elevation pays homage to the surroundings by replicating English bond brickwork in brown tones. The two superimposed openings on the façade are combined into a single balcony of the same proportions. Industrial finishes in Corten steel sheeting match the base and other details.
